The Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District will host Cowtown Goes Green on Saturday, March 16 to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day and we’d like to invite your to celebrate with us! This annual event serves as a community-wide celebration of Irish culture with a western twist featuring live music, face painting, cloggers & dance troupes, armadillo races, Old West Gunfights, Cowboy poetry and much more. In addition to the various free activities, we are proud to continue the tradition of hosting an authentic western parade along Exchange Avenue in the Historic Fort Worth Stockyards at the conclusion of the program serving as the “Grand Finale”!
