Marcus Paslay’s exciting new restaurant, Provender Hall, is an upscale-casual American grill and smokehouse. The cuisine focuses on grilled and smoked meats, along with burgers & barbecue, paying homage to the traditions of the Stockyards and the love affair locals and out-of-towners alike have with simple fare cooked to perfection in a warm and welcoming setting.
The interiors offer a new take on rustic western ambiance, showcasing an open kitchen with wood-burning grills and a smoker, the use of raw unpolished materials, as well as artwork inspired by the cowboy and country music heritage of the Stockyards.
