Pollo Regio originated in Monterrey, Mexico and brought it’s authentic recipe for open flame-grilled chicken to Texas in 1995. Our fresh, natural chicken is marinated with a unique blend of herbs, spices and citrus juices before it releases it’s mouth-watering aroma as it sizzles on the open grill.
