Founded in 1981 in Fort Worth, Legends of Texas is an organization that understands the value of preserving history, particularly American History between 1835 and the early 1900’s. To provide a taste of this era, Legends holds events like re-enactment gun fights.

Stockyards Championship Rodeo
The Stockyards Championship Rodeo is the world’s only year-round rodeo. Rodeos are held nearly every Friday and Saturday night.
The doors open at 6:00 pm; the rodeo starts at 7:30 pm.
Performances last 1.5-2 hours depending on the number of contestants.

Grapevine Vintage Railroad Cotton Belt
Step back in time with a nostalgic ride on the Grapevine Vintage Railroad. The railroad is serviced by two vintage locomotives, including "Puffy" the 1896 steam locomotive, the oldest continuously operating steam engine in the South, and "Vinny," a 1953 GP-7 diesel locomotive.
